21 Sep Water2kW obtiene el sello de PYME Innovadora / Water2kwW obtains the seal of Innovative SME

Water2kW ha recibido del Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación del Gobierno de España, el sello que la califica como “PYME Innovadora”. La obtención de este importante reconocimiento permitirá a Water2kW compatibilizar, en el marco de un mismo proyecto, las bonificaciones sociales del personal investigador dedicado en exclusiva al proyecto, con las deducciones fiscales por I+D+i establecidas en el artículo 35 de la Ley del Impuesto sobre Sociedades.

Además, podrá beneficiarse de las posibles líneas de ayudas que expresamente mencionen la condición de “Pyme innovadora”, y podrá participar en la contratación pública a través de la denominada Compra Pública Innovadora (posibilidad de reserva de contratación precomercial a pymes innovadoras).

En España actualmente hay un selecto grupo de algo mas de 3.000 empresas con sello concedido y en vigor, frente a las casi 1.300.000 empresas que tienen asalariados. Es por ello que desde Water2kW animamos a todas aquellas PYMES y Startups innovadoras a solicitar el sello si consideran que cumplen los requisitos exigidos para ser considerada PYME Innovadora.

Se está demostrando día a día la importancia creciente para España y Europa, de que sus empresas impulsen la innovación y la I+D como un elemento diferenciador y de crecimiento.

Water2kW has received the seal that qualifies it as an “Innovative SME” from the Ministry of Science and Innovation of the Government of Spain. Obtaining this important recognition will allow Water2kW to make compatible, within the framework of the same project, the social bonuses of the research staff dedicated exclusively to the project, with the tax deductions for R&D&i established in article 35 of the Law of the Corporate tax.

In addition, Water2kW will be able to benefit from possible lines of aid that expressly mention the status of “Innovative SME”, and it´s will be able to participate in public procurement through the so-called Innovative Public Procurement (possibility of reserving pre-commercial contracting for innovative SMEs).

In Spain there is currently a select group of just over 3,000 companies with a seal granted and in force, compared to the almost 1,300,000 companies that have employees. That is why at Water2kW we encourage all innovative SMEs and Startups to apply for the seal if they consider that they meet the requirements to be considered an Innovative SME.

The growing importance for Spain and Europe of their companies promoting innovation and R&D as a differentiating and growth element is being demonstrated day by day.
